Fall evening lingers in the branches
trees sway to lullabies of winds
stars sing sweet songs in silence
time caught in grass swings… swings…
gold particles shine in your dark hair
on threads to forest moon descends
senseless Queen Autumn dances barefoot
enchantments starts or maybe ends
I bring your shadow close to mine
you tangled it in braids of night
in smell of sweat this moment baths
the forest moves with lithe delight
and you – bright flame – you blaze the trees
trees that lost leaves while running fast
and like a dancer rocks my soul
you scatter words with flare and blast
I burn though cold deprived of sun
your touch tears stiffness of my bark
with lips you warm the chill of autumn
flimsiness of pain you seize in dark
I am lost in dreams – I wistful Hermia
hoping for more that I can get
under my feet gloom leaves and dust
over my head dying night forgets…
fast – spread your wings my dear Lysander
before the moon and stars will fade
as with fresh dew drop in first sun ray
I’ll vanish like a dream… afraid……
